The criteria for the order of vaccination are defined by the standing vaccine commission (STIKO). The final examination of your entitlement to a corona vaccination takes place on site at the vaccination center, exhibition center (Messegelände) Magdeburg, hall 3.
The following people have the highest priority entitlement to a vaccination:
- People over 80 years of age (verification: ID card or other type of photo ID attesting the place of residence or permanent address)
- People who are cared for in stationary treatment facilities or care facilities for elderly and care-dependent people (verification: certificate of the facility)
- People working in stationary treatment or care facilities for elderly and care-dependent people (verification: ID card or other type of photo ID and a certificate of the facility)
- People who regularly treat and look after elderly and care-dependent people within the scope of mobile care services (verification: ID card or other type of photo ID and a certificate of the facility)
- People working in areas of medical facilities with a high risk of exposure to Coronavirus. This includes in particular:

- Intensive care units
- Emergency departments
- Rescue services
- Providers for specialized mobile palliative care
- Corona vaccination centers
- Areas, in which aerosol generating procedures relevant for an infection with Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 are carried out (e.g. intubation and extubation, bronchoscopy, laryngoscopy)

6. People in medical facilities who regularly treat or care for other people with a very high risk of severe or fatal disease progression after an infection with Coronavirus. This particularly refers to the following facilities:
- Oncology
- Transplantation medicine (including coordinators at the coordination unit following paragraph 11 of the organ transplant law)
