Tasks and responsibilities of the Citizens’ advice team
She is happy to help those seeking advice with a wide range of problems, shows solutions and arranges contacts and appointments within the municipal administration, and also to other institutions, establishments, organisations, associations and independent bodies.
- The Citizens’ advice/complaint management service does not provide legal advice.
- As a centre for active idea and complaint management (AIBM), it collects your questions, instigates and coordinates assessment and response by the responsible departments.
Ms Karen Ellermann schedules appointments for the Lord Mayor’s citizen consultations, and consultations for children and young people.
She is responsible for preparing and following up on these consultations.
She is also responsible for the operative management of the residents’ meetings with the Lord Mayor, and documents these meetings in writing, and ensures that unanswered questions from residents’ question time are answered
